Olmsted Heating & Cooling, Inc. is a full service HVAC company specializing in the needs of the residential, commercial, and new construction markets. We offer everything from humidifiers and air cleaners to furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, boilers, hot water tanks, thermostats, and duct work. On the commercial side, our offerings consist of grease hoods, exhaust systems, heaters, roof-top units, and commercial refrigeration. We've done work in other states including Pennsylvania and New Jersey. We've installed multiple systems and radiant floor heating in million dollar homes and the addition of a water park at a major hotel. We've also done work for several municipalities including Olmsted Falls, Olmsted Township, Berea, Brecksville, and Bay Village. Our product line primarily incorporates Bryant, American Standard, and Armstrong Air, although we do repairs on all makes and models from all manufacturers. We are also experienced in geothermal and radiant heat installations. We work throughout Ohio and have built our reputation on the individualized service we provide to each of our customers. Our office staff is here Monday through Friday to schedule a repair or free estimate, address customer questions, and handle our parts department where we stock filters, motors, pumps, igniters, and a full range of parts for those wanting to do their own repairs. After hours we have a 24-hour pager service that directly contacts one of our highly trained staff members, so you always receive a timely response. We employ between eight and nine service technicians and installers. Our technicians are fully certified, licensed, and covered by Worker's Compensation. As a company, we are insured, bonded, and licensed by the state of Ohio and each city we work in. Our business philosophy is centered on treating each customer as we would like to be treated ourselves. We believe there is nothing more important than the relationships we build with our customers and neighbors, and we strive to strengthen those relationships through fairness, honesty, and integrity in both our workmanship and our dealings with our customers and neighbors.
